Sidney is a small but booming oil town in the Baaken Oil patch and this is a museum that serves its community as a history and art center. The building is modern and well maintained. The exhibits are a bit on the amateurish side but that is to be expected in a facility with local and limited funding like I'm sure this place experiences--although the oil money ought to kick in some bucks soon.If you like museums and have an hour to kill, we recommend doing so at the MonDak (Montana/Dakota) museum
