the arboretum at murray state

Visited in the fall as colors were changing... beautiful place to just take a stroll and maybe enjoy a picnic... Kept up very well...

Lovely paved walkway for a leisurely stroll. Some garden, some open field and a nice water feature. Nicest part was accidentally running into one of my old professors. :)

It is very beautiful and fun to walk through. It is kept up very well and everyone seems to enjoy themselves!

I was an agriculture student at Murray State, so it's great to see how far things have come. The Arboretum is extremely nice. You can see the wonderful landscaping of the MSU hort program and also get some open field. If you want quiet time to enjoy nature, there is a resting point about half-way out. It's a great way to relax, exercise, walk your dog, or just see God!
