We all enjoyed the challaged of an educational course. Fun while learning. Great summer education and not boring for kids.

This 9-hole course in scenic New Ulm is an inexpensive diversion for the family, plus has an ecological theme that teaches along the way. The club house has its unique Putt-Putt soda, exclusively produced for them by Schell's Brewery. There's a new community garden that was just started this year, and they do educational tours for larger groups as well. My six-year old son loves it there!

If your child likes mini golf then you must come here. Great place as it is run by volunteers. Price is cheap. 9 hole golf course is unique although some spots are needing a redo as its age is already showing.

Putting Green is a very unique mini golf course. Each hole is a lesson on sustainability and or the environment. It is really an environemental learning center. It is a great place to bring goups of kids. The group can be split into two groups, one takes a river walk while the other plays golf.

This is a green effort to give us something fun, meaning golf, and something serious, ecology lessons. The educational part of it is up to the visitor to let sink in but the lessons are here and the miniature golf is difficult. Some of the holes are as difficult as any mini golf layout anywhere. Remember that it is in Minniesota so don't plan on playing here in winter. The entire project is a local community effort and for having the foresight to tell us about our need to work on the environment is a credit to those who created the complex.
