Trying to branch out and do something new, the wife and I went to the Tipping Point for the performance of Leaving Iowa. Play was good. The theater is quaint, with about 100 seats. All seats are good ones because you are so close to the stage. Price ($20 per ticket) was reasonable. Performance was worth it. I will say the seats were a bit uncomfortable to seat in for a long period. My only complaint, everything else was good.

My wife and I have had season subscriptions for the last few years. We have tickets with two other couples, who are Northville residents. We usually meet at one of the many good restaurants in the Northville area for dinner before the play. We have not seen a poor production since we began attending. We have discovered that southeastern Michigan is over flowing with great acting talent, and many of them perform at Tipping Point. The theater is quite small, so there is not a bad seat in the house. Try one play and my guess is that you will become a subscriber.

My mother and I have had season tickets for two years. We always enjoy ourselves and just love the intimate arrangement of the seating. All seats are close and offer an excellent view. Parking nearby is ample. The acting is impressive for such a small theater, as well. Highly recommended!

The Tipping Point Theatre has provided great entertainment for us. We have seen three productions and they were all very professional. The theatre seating is limited, which allows for a good view from any seat. Parking is close, which we enjoy. We usually pair a show with a nice dinner in Northville for a great night out.

I went to see Rainmaker at Tipping Point Theatre. It was an interesting play in a well done production. It was cast well and the set was very minimal but efficient in portraying the different places. This is definitely a gem in Northville. I look forward to their next production.

It's impossible to have a bad seat here in this hidden gem of a contemporary community theater. They offer a variety of plays throughout the year and we've always enjoyed the cozy experience. Downtown Northville is steps away with pre or post theater dining.

The performances are average to better than average. The actors are at times very good and capable of an outstanding performance. Management is not the best. Ushers seem to not have any direction.

I can ALWAYS count on extremely interesting and witty plays, performances, and professionalism from this little theater that packs a big punch! I couldn't go anywhere else and be so pleased!!! I can't recommend it highly enough.

This is a great theater! Intimate, sweet, professional and fun! There are seats on three sides, the stage is in the middle. You are up close and personal with the actors. The acting was great, the set was super. We will return.

The intimate atmosphere and the plays are always entertaining and there is not a bad seat in the house. The actors are first class.

We love going to TPT for a wonderful evening of theatre. It is so small that every seat is a good one with excellent sight lines. The shows are always very well done.

Northville continues to amaze us. The Tipping Point theatre closely located to downtown eateries and boutiques offers a stand out line-up of theatrical gems. The theatre is small so it sells out early. Parking abounds in the neighborhood as well. There is not a bad seat in the entire theatre

We are theater goers so this was a wonderful addition to the community when it first opened. We recommend it to everyone. The actors are great and know their stuff. Sometimes the plays have not met our interests but we chalk that up to we can't be pleased all the time...it is the arts! We can't figure out why more young people don't attend this theater but realize to be season ticket holders is probably costly for their budgets. We love supporting this place.

We have been to every play since Tipping Point opened its doors and the beautiful, intimate theater continues to deliver quality and fun entertainment. Don't miss it!

I attended a play at the Tipping Point last year that was so incredible that I was prepared to be disappointed if this one didn't measure up. But I was wrong. It was also wonderful. The acting was amazing and the show so well written. (See other reviews for more info on the play.) This theater is very intimate and there is not a bad seat in the house. The tickets are $75, but most of that is tax deductible as this is a fundraiser for the theater. A nice selection of drinks, appetizers and a champagne toast is included. The theater owners do a great job of doing other fun things before and after the play so it is relaxing but also festive. You can also be home well before midnight so you are not on the road when it gets crazy.
