This is an excellent Hindu mandir. It is a great place to visit around Hindu festivals, especially Diwali, when they have several exhibits and videos about Hinduism and a festive atmosphere with good food for purchase and children's fun activities. They have regular programs for children, young professionals, older men & older women. Many times in the year, the santos (saints - those who have taken vows to be in the BAPS order) visit. The murtis (icons) inside the mandir represent various divinities holy to Hindus. They have people who can explain Hinduism to you. They also have a store to purchase material about Hinduism, to practice Hinduism, & vegetarian food items & general groceries. This temple is part of the BAPS Hindu sampradaya (sect). There is a small store inside here for snacks, groceries & Hindu religious items.

Nice Temple in the Milpitas area and great place to meet Gujarati Friends and get to know their culture. Temple is quite big and neatly maintained. They have snacks and sweet shop with great variety and freshly made vegetarian/vegan snacks. There is also free food for all visiting the temple.

Beautiful hindu temple in Milpitas with a grocery store. The grocery store provides Indian snacks. You will also find various products from BAPS. It is a huge temple and celebrates every Indian festival. The Diwali celebrations are amazing and they serve food to all devotees and also help the needy. There is a Gyn and Gujarati speaking classroom for people who would like to improve their native language.

I have been coming to this Hindu temple for years. It provides many services to the community, including daily puja & aarti, as well as major events around the time of festivals - often with bhajans & cultural performances. If you are visiting, come during Diwali time as they have a major exhibition to learn about Hinduism & really good food. The mandir has regular glasses for various age groups to learn about Hinduism, as well as language classes. There is a small store inside that sells Indian vegetarian groceries & Hinduism material.
