Johnna Decker (co-owner of Oak Hills) was our hostess and let us sample a wide range of their vintages. My wife and I had to buy their Summer Harvest (cherry and raspberry flavors) and Blackbeery sweet wines, and there were several dryer varieties that others should love. They celebrate new visitors by adding push pins to a map, so be sure to tell them if you don't live near. We highly recommend a visit for all wine lovers.

My friend and I did a small tour of wineries one Saturday. The Oak Hills Winery was our second stop and unfortunately wasn't as impressive as our first stop. It may have been that we just had such a great experience at the first location but this one was just underwhelming. I would give it a second chance though and I did purchase a bottle of wine. The woman assisting us was just as kind as could be and very attentive and knowledgeable. The building wasn't very impressive however and could use a little TLC.
