double rock park

Double Rock Park is an amazing little park in Parkville, a suburb of Baltimore. There are several ways to get into and out of the park. There is a section with a football field, there are sections with grills and picnic tables, and sections with playgrounds. It also has miles of trails going through the park, and Stemmers Run Creek runs right through the middle. It is adjacent to a huge community garden which is itself interesting. Highly recommended. Just google the name and you will get links to maps and other information.

I love Double Rock Park. We walk in the woods everyday. There are several trails and a beautiful waterfall! The kids like the 2 playgrounds. There are several pavilions and ball parks and rest rooms!

I wanted to take my grand kids here and they wanted to see a place where their granddad grew up and played. A very nice park to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. It was a great place to let the grand kids unwind and the grand parents to get a little rest.

Just an overall lovely place. It offers trails and a pretty stream. My husband and I had a lovely adventure day here. Won't have known it was there if it wasn't for Google.

Great park in the middle of a cute neighborhood. We had business in Parkville, so we brought our toddler son. He loved the playground! It has a side for little kids and bigger slides for bigger kids. Nice shady play area. There is a nice trail along a stream with a small waterfall. Don't bring your stroller! If I had known we were coming to this park when we left the house in the morning, I would have worn walking shoes and brought our baby backpack carrier and walked the whole trail. Wish this park was close to my home!

Very pretty rapids and waterfalls along stream. Easy parking. Safe!Has well taken care of athletic fields
