Attended a wedding here and then later just visited when the place was empty. I preferred it empty!!! A magnificent setting. If you enjoy places where man meets nature, this is a place you will enjoy. The architecture is magnificent and the nature surrounding the area is incredible. Plan an event or just drop by to take in the the incredible beauty. But a must see if you are in NWA.

This was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend a visit. I was truely amazed. I actually visited here several years ago in the early spring.

Set in the wooded hillside of Bella Vista near a lake, this chapel is breathtakingly beautiful! A stunning setting for a small wedding. A quiet place for meditation. A place to remind the visitor of the glory of God!

Designed by Fay Jones who also designed the Bella Vista Country Club and Thornhill Chapel near Eureka Springs, this chapel is a must see. Set in the woods, it provides a majestic place for solitude. It is a piece of art!

We live in the area and always include a visit to this beautiful chapel in a serene setting when we have visitors. It was designed by E. Fay Jones who also did the beautiful Thorncrown Chapel near Eureka Springs. After a short stroll, the chapel comes into view and you immediately feel peace and wonder wash over you. Although of steel and glass and wood, it seems to be part of the natural wooded area. There is a walk around the grounds which includes views of the lake. The acoustics are wonderful and many enjoy intimate concerts in this memorable place. When you come to NW Arkansas, put this on your list of places to see.

This is a beautiful glass and steel arches chapel set in a tranquil woodland setting. There is a lovely short path leading to it from the parking lot. It's a great place to sit quietly and peacefully and enjoy the views from the windows on every side and ceiling.

Built to enhance the natural beauty of the woods, the Chapel is barely noticeable until you are 50 feet from the entrance. This blend of steel and glass set in the woods is astonishing. The Chapel towers among the trees that abut the very tall structure. The grounds have trails encircling the Chapel for walking along Lake Norwood, one of Bella Vista's lakes. With benches, the outside area is another beautiful area to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lake Norwood. While sitting in the serene Chapel, you feel like a little piece of Heaven is above and around you. The glass structure is so pristine you don't know whether you are inside or out. People walk in and out without a sound while others take time to sit and reflect in this awe-inspiring Chapel. Such a wonderful gift, Bella Vista is fortunate to have the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel for all to enjoy the personal, spiritual experience each person finds in this very special Chapel.

When we moved here in 2002 our Realtor took us to the Chapel and we were glad she did. Since then, we have taken visitors there ourselves and so far everyone liked it. Quiet, out of the way. A good place to take a short walk, relax and take in the beautiful views. You can spend 5 minutes or hours there.

This place was very pretty right next to the water. Would be great place for a wedding. We just went to look at it with our kids. Great day trip!

My friend wanted to get married to her long time partner here. Both of them absolutely fell in love with the chapel and the grounds the moment they set eyes on it. They imagined themselves speaking theirvows in front of their loving and supportive friends and family and beginning their life long journey together here in this amazing spot. Unfortunately, they were told that they were not welcome. Their love is not welcome. Their hopes are not welcome. Their dreams are not welcome. There is nothing beautiful about a chapel that discriminates against love. There is nothing amazing about a place that turns two peaceful, compassionate, gracious humans away because they don't accept their love. If you believe in equality for all humans, if you believe in th right for all persons to marry freely and happily- please choose another venue.

What a great, secluded little picturesque little chapel to visit when going by BellaVista. Don't forget to walk the path around back with views of the lake. Allow 30 minutes to just relax and enjoy.

The Cooper Memorial Chapel is an amazing place of beauty and peace. The facility includes a nature walkway near the water. The chapel is well worth the visit and would be an ideal setting for a small wedding or quiet reflection.

This is such an easy place to get to and well work the stop. It is a beautiful chapel of wood and glass. It is located in a wooded area near a lake and the setting is absolutely breath taking! Be sure to check it out!

I have told my daughters I have found the perfect place for their weddings (when they are ready! :-) )The peace and serenity is palpable in this beautiful chapel. As you sit and look through the glass ceiling, you feel so connected to God and nature. Do stop in and say a prayer.
