milton memorial park

The park has lots of playground equipment for kids of all ages.In the summer when they have their concerts and events going on they have a train running around a track for the kids to ride.

Such a cute little park right on the canal. Gazebos, walking trail and very nicely done landscaped with flowers etc...you can put your boat in here as well. I saw a track for a train that seems to be housed there, just a small one maybe for small kids to ride, but it wasn't operating at that time and I don't know the information for it. It's a nice relaxing place to stop and watch or have romantic walk or picnic with the kids.

We love everything about this little park in the heart of Milton. In the summer, there are weekly concerts with a wide range of music. Children (and adults) get up and dance. The ice cream man is there and the feeling of small town comraderie is wonderful. The park is home to several festivals throughout the year. There is a wonderful train ride for children, and, yes, adults. You can put your canoe or kayak in the Broadkill river, watch your children on the playground or sit on a bench and read your library book.

Located in the heart of Milton, DE, this park has new playground equipment for each age group. Picnic tables and grills line the shore so you can eat under the beautiful tall trees. Bring your fishing pole and have some fun. During summer months, there are live bands on Wednesday nights. A great park for adults and children alike.
