You get up close to the animals. Kids love the petting part and pony rides. It's fun to feed them as well. Great inexpensive way to spend a couple hours.

A wide range of animals! Well kept! You are up close to each animal - even petting some! You get to feed them! No crowds to fight! Very Interesting! Really Worth Seeing!! You won't regret it!!

We went to this zoo after leaving the one in new castle with the same name they share a name but that's is all. This zoo was expensive compared to the experience you get. The animals are fun to feed and look at but the staff is not friendly and just seem to be going thru the motions. I don't have anything else to say about them take the extra time and go to new castle you will not be disappointed.

It was a tad pricey for how small it was. We went to the Pittsburgh zoo and aquarium for around the same price. The main good aspect was being able to feed most of the animals. Some negatives were how small the enclosures were. The animals really did look like they were in display and not in a habitat. And because of people over feeding them carrots, their poo was Orange. Plus there were animal feces all around the park so watch where you step.

This was exploration of animals in the worst way possible. How many animals actually live on rocks in their natural habitat? If we had the ability, we would close it down in a heartbeat.

Living Treasures is a yearly stop for my family. We always get the package from log Cabin Lodge and Suites and come here in early summer. They are constantly making changes and improvements. They have Lions and Tigers and Bears. They have Monkeys and Zebras and Camels. The best part is you and your children can feed hundreds of animals. They also have staff walking around with animals that you get to pet. Today my children and I got to pet an Alligator and an Anteater. In past years they've also had snakes and tortoises. Living Treasures is great because you get to be so close to all the animals. This is must stop.

When you enter don't forget to buy some food for the animals. And some quarters for some of the other feed machines. The kids loved feeding all the animals. The day we went my girls got to see some animals being born. It was the highlight of their day. They also have horse rides that the kids wanted to do. The log cabin hotel is right next to the park so you can stay the night and also visit other close attractions like Ohiopyle state park or a short drive to Idlewild park.

Really, a nice little zoo. They have lots of animals, many of which you could feed. Small but seemed very well-kept. The animals appeared well fed, clearly they were used to people and they were clean.

The living treasures wild animal park was a very pleasant surprise. It was a great blend of a regular zoo and a petting zoo. It was a real personal experience with regular animals as well as exotic ones.

Stayed at the Log Cabin Hotel on same property so we got in half price. Buying bag of feed definitely recommended, but also bring quarters for the vending machines to feed certain animals like the spider monkey - totally worth it, he'll have a conversation with you! Great selection of animals with lots of interaction. Kids loved it!

I took my 2 children here for an afternoon. They are 8 and 4, and it was perfect for them. You are able to feed all the animals. My daughters road a camel and a pony. The place if very clean and the animals seem well kept. I enjoyed it better than the zoo, which hasnt changed since I was a child.

We were on our way to Fallingwater when we saw the sign for this attraction. It's right off the road with a hotel attached. The building looks great from the outside. There were many baby animals for us to feed and pet. The only complaint I have is that they sell you food at the entrance (for an extra fee) but many of the animals eat the Cheerios in machines (quarters only) throughout the park. It is an animal park that can please both the young and the old. It's not a very large park, so it doesn't take long to get through it.

I loved it. Was great to get up close and pet and feed the animals. Enclosures were clean and there was no odor. There were lots of baby animals to see, and to me it says something about the quality of care the animals receive. Will definitely be back.

When the kids were smaller we took them here a couple times and they enjoyed feeding the animals. It's neat to be able to see so many different animals in the same place - especially animals you normally would never get to see up close. However, it's sad to see these animals in such tight quarters and really disgusting, when you think about it, that they are kept in such conditions for our entertainment. I make no assumptions about whether or not the animals are properly cared for...I do, however, have concerns about some of the people who go here. When you see lions in an enclosure that you know are frustrated with lack of room to freely roam - and then see visitors taunting the animals while you're standing there with your kids - it does not elicit a very good feeling. It's an ok place to visit, we had a good time both times we went, but I don't foresee any future visits.

We have been visiting this park every year for several years now and every year it gets better. Great variety of animals, many that you don't see at the bigger zoos. The admission prices are reasonable and so is the gift shop.We look forward to visiting Living Treasures even more than the Pittsburgh Zoo.
