At first I was disappointed to see that I would be having a wine tasting in a trailer type temporary building. I was hoping for something a bit more scenic. But, these people are SO friendly! They are remodeling, and the new facility will be finished I believe they said in August of 2015 or so. The wines here are definitely amongst my favorites! I usually hate chardonnay, but this one pleasantly surprised me. If you are around Napa and Yountville, stop by and do a tasting with these folks. you will not be disappointed!

Loved this place!! Yes, the tasting is in a trailer. Yes, you will probably stand for the tasting. Yes, you will love it anyway! The people that work here are amazing and absolutely make the experience. We spent an entire afternoon here and it felt like hanging out with your friends. It was laid back, relaxed and the individuals really showed their love of wine through their knowledge. It was one of the best wineries we went to in Napa.

This is a small boutique winery with small production wines. Tasting was awesome with good variety of wines from several regions of California. The variety showed tasteful variations from the Napa area but also Sonoma. The staff were talkative and informative to everyone who entered the room. The winery is under renovation so the room was temporary so not the most beautiful sight but wines shine. We liked the wines so much we joined their wine club. Worth the visit.

Elisabeth helped make this stop so great! She gave us great recommendations for the rest of our trip through San Francisco and Napa. We loved the wines here, too. They're building a new tasting room, which looks amazing. So glad we stopped here!

We visited many of the wineries in this area. Goosecross was our favorite by far! Each of the employees made a point to speak to and converse with us. They made our tasting very personable. It's a small tasting area, with a big feel, and big fun! It's a little off of the beaten path, so don't skip out on it!! You will love it as much as we did! Kudos to all of the employees...Elizabeth, Jose and Denise!

We stopped in mid-morning while on a bike ride through the vineyards. The tasting room is nice and casual, our hostess was very friendly and unpretentious.

We selected Goosecross because of the great reviews on tripadvisor, and we were so happy with the visit. Denise was great! Very approachable, fun, and informative. She made the entire experience. Great wines, too! We highly recommend this location when looking for places to visit around Yountville.

We had an excellent day at Goosecross winery today. As described in several other reviews, Jose did not disappoint. He was an excellent host and very knowledgeable, especially to 2 non-wine connoisseurs! We had the opportunity to see some of the harvested fruit from today and spoke to a few of the workers about the process. They were very informative and answered all of our questions. We prefer sweeter wines and enjoyed the "Sweet Trio" tasting. We will highly recommend to anyone looking for a personalized and intimate tasting experience.

We loved going to goosecross and will return. The staff talked about each wine and taught us what to do before tasting. Really enjoyed the sweet wines!

I'm sorry I forgot our tasting leader's name, who was very gracious to take us despite us being late. The were six of us that WCI's Marty Paradise took us to GC. Despite there being three couples, she individualized our tasting depending on what kind of wine we liked. Don't forget to try and buy the bacon flavored chocolate bars!

This was a great stop on our whistlestop tour of the Napa Valley. We really enjoyed tasting the wines and the proprietor was lovely to speak to, so enthusiastic about the wines and the vineyard.We enjoyed boring her about English Vineyards and hearing tales of her trip to Yosemite... The wines were fantastic and I was gutted I couldn't buy any due to nit being able to get them home.Well worth a visit!

This was by far the best stop of our trip to Napa. We went there at the recommendation of the driver we hired and I'm so glad we found them. Jose made our visit at Goosecross absolutely spectacular. He is equally friendly, hilarious and just a ton of fun to talk to. There was another woman working at the time who was equally as friendly who greeted us as we walked in. The setting is very intimate, which was a nice break from the large crowds at the other wineries. We were even given wines to taste that weren't part of the tasting menu. Such a great time. If I ever get back to Napa, I would easily spend most of the day at Goosecross. My palate isn't all that sophisticated so I can't talk to the finer points of the wine we had but I do drink my fair share and can say that all the wines we had at Goosecross were great. We ended up going home with two bottles.
