Clean, nicely displayed artifacts from a wealth Tombstone family. Adults $5 charge, kids are free. Price was right! Loved the gigantic rose tree. It had started to bloom. Wish we were able to be there 2 weeks later it will be in full bloom then. Girl(6 and 8) and adults alike enjoyed a walk through well kept artifacts and home.

For only $5 you can see the largest rose bush AND some cool historical displays with guns, furniture, clothing and more! Doesn't take long to tour and worth the $5 cost.

A treat for the four of us -- my son and two grandchildren (ages 7 & 9). So much to learn about the Rose Tree Museum itself and to see the worlds largest rose tree in the world is a great experience.

The Rose Tree Museum is another one of Tombstone, Arizona’s really cool historic museums and is located on 118 4th Street. The Tree Museum also has a great book store. The Rose Tree Museum is really cool to say the least. The main attraction is the shady lady or the “lady banks” rose tree. it was planted in 1886 and is native to central and western China. The Guinness Book of World Records has authenticated the fact the Rose Tree Museum has the world’s largest Rose Bush at over 8,000 square feet. Everyone one we met and run the museum are really nice and informative. The enormous rose bush is of course the main event, but the museum is fairly big as well. You will certainly want to take the time to stop by and pay them a visit. Take a look at our experience in photography up above and see exactly what I’m talking about. Hopefully on our next visit we can show you what it looks like in bloom. Man, what a sight that must be.

Been by this place many times, decided to invest the $ for entrance fee. Well worth the money and time. Tons of history, well laid out, the rose thingy is absolutely incredible. Had a terrific visit with the gentlemen who tends to the plant. Go visit the site and have a good time.

Tombstone is not just a 30 second gunfight, it's about real people who came west and one of them brought a white rose bush from Scotland. The museum catalogs the lives of those people. I went there in December when the bush was not blooming and I am told that in the spring when it is blooming you can smell the fragrance all over the area. Even when it is not in bloom it is still impressive. Imagine a rose bush you cannot even reach your hands around and it is 100+ years old. The staff is friendly and the pouporri is high quality. A nice quiet stop away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag, Allen Street.

Same as above. Basically, a bookstore and am not sure what is authentic from that era and not. The help was friendly, but I'd stay away from the dark stain on 1 of the walls.

Although, there were no blooms of this oldest and largest rose in the world, It felt good to see it. The white rose potpourri that I bought smells so fragrant, that,I can just imagine how beautiful the blooms will be in April & May, and I might go back there. And the lady who was in charge of the place was so kind and nice, I told her that I will tell TripAdvisor about her and the about the good, hospitable people of Tombstone!

LOVED the lock collection, furniture and diorama on the mines. The rose tree is quite impressive. MUST go in Spring and early summer when its in bloom!

Simple, free and informative little museum/exhibit which puts across the intricacies of the printers trade in a small town publication started up in the 19.

We loved the museum because of all the displays that were in it. See the "famous" Rose Tree was a highlight of this trip. I'm glad we decided to go to this museum. Definitely worth the stop and admittance fee.

This famous rose bush in Tombstone AZ lives up to its reputation. We were very fortunate to see it still in bloom and the viewing platform is awesome so you can get a picture of the top of the bush as well as see the magnitude of its astounding size. It's a must see and only found in one place in the whole world. Karen from Oregon
