Tour was informative but lacking real passion and individuality. If you haven't brought along your 'Friends of the Classic Malts' Passport you can sign up for your free one here.

This was our first visit at a Whisky distillery. As we were the only Person for the tour we had enough time to ask questions and git a good overview about the distillery process. Of course the Whisky is great! Nothing else to say regarding this.It is a small distillery. People are very friendly and open minded. However, it is not so easy to find the distillery with your GPS.

This distillery is well worth a visit.....it's a smaller distillery (at the moment) with major plans for extension. The tour is similar to other distillery tours in that the process is the same, however, this whisky has a distinctive salty aftertaste which makes it unique. The staff were very friendly and the tour guide very nice, and informative.

The last distillery we visited on our holiday to Speyside. This was one of the best we have been on. Staff friendly and helpful. The tour was excellent and covered evrything you needed to know and a little bit more. Take time and go visit this one.

Having been on quite a few distillery tours, this one was nice, but not too special. The highlight was the tasting, where we got to try the single draft special for friends of classic malts. Very nice and tasty, the whole range. The tour guide was excellent and put quite a personal touch to it! Loved it!

We enjoyed our tour. No one else on our tour so we were very well looked after and questions answered. We would recommend this distillery to learn about the processes, also set in beautiful countryside

Most impressed with this Spey side distillery. We were made to feel very welcome. Informal but informative. Graeme who showed us around during the trip. At the tasting Graeme gave us tips on best to enjoy the dram. Came away very satisfied and glad we stopped to visit the distillery. One wee tip.. book ahead..I believe it can get very busy.

We did a tour of the distillery last week, Graeme was our guide. Cragganmore distillery is pretty, small, old fashioned and the tour was about as authentic a tour as you could ask for. We have been visiting distilleries on and off for 30 years and we really enjoyed this one. Many thanks.

Not our first visit to this delightful Speyside distillery shop. As before, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and helped us choose our malt whisky. Definitely one to visit and a little off the beaten track and well worth it.

We dropped I on this distillery having seen a sign on the road. The distillery is off the main road and is not open in the off season for a full tour but the visitor centre was open and the staff were very knowledgable and were able to give us a lot of information regarding whiskey as well as a tasting of several of the varieties available both from there and from nearby distilleries. This is not the typical tourist visiting place but if you are a true connoisseur of scotch whiskey I would highly recommend this particular distillery for a visit

We visited here in September and waited for the next tour which was in 10 minutes, when the time came, we had our own personal tour guide, who was funny and knowledgeable about the place. He showed us around the distillery (no cameras or mobiles allowed though). At the end of the tour we were given 2 drams of different whiskey's, it was explained how to drink them and what to add. Excellent, would recommend a visit.

Turned up just as a tour was leaving and we were allowed on it, very informative and informal. It was an Expressions tour so we went into a fabulous tasting room with all sorts of old artefacts, comfy arm chairs and plenty of charm, to try three single malts, including a 21 year old. One of the best of four distillery tours we have done on this trip. Would recommend and bought a bottle too!

A short visit, as we had already toured two distilleries. We didn't tour any more, since the process and ingredients are the same and the difference is the still type/shape and the aging process. Still, we loved our short visit to the shop and the lady there was very nice. My wife and I got a free sample, since we had the Whisky Trail passport. Not the best looking place, and they could clean it up a bit (compared to others), but great folks and a fine whiskey.

We visited this distillery in the late spring and were bowled over by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Nothing was too much bother. There was also a very good shop, selling whisky and other gifts such as top-quality glassware at reasonable prices. Cragganmore whisky is a superb malt and this centre is well worth a visit,.

We visited this small distillery while in a bit of a hurry, so asked whether we could have a speedy tour so we could be out as quickly as possible. To our amazement, the staff accommodated us and happened to have a completely private tour. Our knowledge of the process also helped to keep it short, and the tour guide could focus on interesting stuff or trivia that make or break tours like this. It was good to see a distillery going at a full pace, and the guide did not keep the warehouses away from us either. Finally it ended with a tasting of a great 12yo, and while we surprised them a bit by asking whether they have some promotional materials, they also did their best to make our day. In short, I was pleasantly surprised - did not expect a treatment like this from a Diageo distillery. Well done, Cragganmore. 9 / 10
